How do I book or enquire about Raj Car Services?

You can enquire or book Raj Car Services by calling, texting, emailing or using the online website enquiry/booking form.

I have just submitted the online Enquiry/Booking form. What happens now?

Raj Car Services will be in touch with 4-8 hours to confirm the booking and quotation. If the booking is urgent and require immediate confirmation, then please call Raj Car Services on 0044 7956 985569.

How far in advance do airport pick-ups need to be booked?

Normally we require 24 hours notice, however even if you call us a few hours before Raj Car Services will try their best to provide a car.

How many people can travel in one of your cars?

Up to six passengers can travel in our standard car/MPV. Depending on the number of suitcases and hand luggage another car maybe required.

What happens if my flight arrives late for my London airport transfer pickup?

This is not a problem. Raj Car Services always checks flight times and are aware of any delays. Your driver will be there when your flight arrives.

How do I meet my driver for my airport transfer pick up?

After collecting your luggage from the baggage collection, you will come through to the main terminal building. Your driver will be waiting for you with a board that has your name written on it.

How do I pay?

You pay the driver at the end of your journey.

Are there any hidden costs such as waiting time or car parking?

No. Raj Car Services will give you a quote before you book and this will not change.

Can I get a receipt?

Yes. Simply ask the driver or contact Raj at Raj Car Services. Electronic receipts are also available.
